Hi Bart, The packs that are still sealed and cold are fine to use. The one that was open should not be used, and we have put a replacement on the next round for you. If you can send a photo of the outer box we will log it with the carrier. Kind regards,

Whether the contents can still be used is something one of our team always checks personally, so a colleague will get back to you about that the same day. Anything that has to be replaced goes onto the next delivery round.
