Hello, What exactly is the difference between ribeye and entrecote? I want to put something special on the barbecue on Sunday. Regards, Sander

Hello Sander, Ribeye and entrecote come from the same rib section. Ribeye is cut with the fat eye running through it, which keeps it juicy and forgiving on a hot grill. Entrecote is the leaner side of the same muscle with the fat cap on the edge, so it cooks faster and is easier to overdo. For a barbecue we usually suggest ribeye. Kind regards,
